Refund & Return Policy
At Honey Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we take every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our return and refund policy below for complete clarity.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- You provide a complete, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
⚠️ Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products based on preference change, size issues, or general dissatisfaction.
2. Required Documentation
To process your return/refund, please ensure:
- A clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
- Images of the product showing the defect or issue.
- Order number and contact details.
Claims without valid proof (video and order ID) will not be entertained.
3. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If your item is eligible, you may request a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item sent).
